Chase Real Estate was opened January 2016 by owner and broker Brandon Chase. After 10 yrs in the real estate business, Brandon decided he was ready for the next step. It was then he decided he would open the doors to Chase Real Estate.
Since opening the doors, Chase Real Estate has become one of the top producing firms in Cabarrus County in closing transaction.
Currently our firm is in the top 6% of firms closing transactions in Cabarrus Co. and Brandon is right at the top 1% of agents closing transactions in Cabarrus Co. A fact we are very excited about. seeing our doors have only been open a short time.
In October 2016 Chase Real Estate took another step in it’s growth and expanded into the Fayetteville NC area, and has become a major player in the Fayetteville market. We also proudly represent the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development also known as HUD, as a listing broker in the Fayetteville area.
